[Lenta Lavorazione] 在義大利是一個有註冊立案、特別且神秘的義大利麵製程,翻成英文[Slow Processing]不論在前製程的[揉捏]、[擠壓]、[切麵],後端[乾燥]、[包裝],有別於其他品牌的特別工法,加上桑尼奧谷(Sannio)得天獨厚的好水質與優質杜蘭麥粉,就是製作義大利麵最好的原料。透過不公開的Lenta Lavorazione製程,產出麵體厚實且品質ㄧ致的成品,耐煮且保水性佳,長時間烹煮後的麵體仍維持其形狀,表面粗糙,容易沾附醬汁、口感佳。
